The Planning, Administration and Technical Services Division is responsible for a variety of support functions:
  • Coordinating annual planning and budgeting.
  • Providing engineering and analytical chemistry services within the department and in support of steel plant activities.
  • Supporting Homer Research Laboratories with accounting, technical information and human resource services.
  • Monitoring and coordinating licensing of Bethlehem's technology.
