This objective is reflected in the philosophy and broad scope of our corporate Supplier Diversity Program. A major goal of our Supplier Diversity Program is to also help achieve the Diversity target objectives of our key customers.
Bethlehem's program also extends to other areas. Management has expressed its commitment to responsible corporate behavior aimed at enhancing work force and community diversity, and to assisting the economically and socially disadvantaged in our local operations communities and beyond. Employees will support Bethlehem's Diversity Program in discharging their corporate responsibilities, and are strongly encouraged to extend this support in their own personnel lives as well.
