Planning, Administration and Technical Services

The Planning, Administration and Technical Services Division is responsible for a variety of support functions:

Coordinating annual planning and budgeting.

Providing engineering and analytical chemistry services within the department and in support of steel plant activities.

Supporting Homer Research Laboratories with accounting, technical information and human resource services.

Monitoring and coordinating licensing of Bethlehem's technology.
