BETHLEHEM, Pa., December 10, 2002 - Bethlehem Steel Corporation has agreed to lease about 14,000 square feet of office space in its Martin Tower headquarters building to the Bethlehem office of a major Philadelphia law firm.

The law firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, P.C. will occupy about two thirds of the 12th floor of Martin Tower. The firm expects to begin occupancy in March 2003 and will locate about 30 people in the space.

Marshall, Dennehey has more than 300 attorneys located in 18 offices in six states. Frank A. Baker, III, the managing partner of the Bethlehem office, said, "The firm is excited about our new office space in Martin Tower. It is a first-class office space in a first-class building, with opportunity for further expansion and a great location, convenient to everything."

Bethlehem Steel is actively marketing floor space in Martin Tower to outside tenants through its leasing agent Insignia/ESG. "This corporate building offers outstanding office and high-tech space and an unparalleled amenities package that includes an on-site restaurant, convenience center, and auditorium," said William Wolf of Insignia/ESG's Lehigh Valley office. "Three full floors of 24,000 square feet are available in the 21-story office tower. The facility can accommodate full floor users or suites from 3,500 square feet."

In addition to being the headquarters of Bethlehem Steel, Martin Tower is home to Dun & Bradstreet, D&B; Receivable Management Services and EDS.

Insignia/ESG is one of the largest commercial real estate service providers in the United States. Marshall, Dennehey was represented by Julien J. Studley Inc., a New York real estate firm.
