Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Bethlehem Steel Corporation will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 1995, in the Gold Ballroom, Hotel du Pont, Eleventh & Market Streets, Wilmington, Delaware. The Notice of the Meeting, the Proxy Statement and the Proxy Voting Card will be mailed to stockholders prior to the Annual Meeting.

Form 10-K
Bethlehem's Form 10-K Annual Report to the Securities and Exchange Commission provides further details concerning Bethlehem's business and other information not contained in the Annual Report. The 1994 Form 10-K will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by March 31, 1995. Dividend Reinvestment Plan
Bethlehem sponsors a Dividend Reinvestment Plan that is offered to stockholders by First Chicago Trust Company of New York. The Plan provides all owners of Common Stock with a simple, convenient and inexpensive way to invest in Bethlehem Common Stock by the reinvestment of cash dividends when declared and/or the investment of additional cash amounts of up to $3,000 in any calendar month. Among other things, all brokerage commissions incurred in the purchase of shares and costs for administering the Plan will be paid by Bethlehem.

Any Bethlehem stockholder may enroll in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at any time.
