Bethlehem's core steel businesses are the Burns Harbor Division, the Sparrows Point Division (including plate-making facilities in Coatesville and Conshohocken, Pennsylvania) and Pennsylvania Steel Technologies. We believe they provide a solid base on which we can build our company and add value for our stockholders. We will grow our company by intensifying our concentration on these businesses and by continuously improving their competitive positions in their markets.
