Burns Harbor cold-rolled sheet is an industry leader in flatness, surface quality, controlled chemistry, dimensional accuracy and overall consistency in mechanical properties. The 80-inch tandem mill maintains precise control of thickness and surface quality, using a unique, closed-loop system to automatically adjust the tension and speed of the strip passing through the mill, as well as the gap and force of the mill rolls.
