Planning, Administration and Technical Services (pg. 3)
The Planning, Administration and Technical Services Division is responsible for a variety of support functions:
- Coordinating annual planning and budgeting.
- Providing engineering and analytical chemistry services within the department and in support of steel plant activities.
- Supporting Homer Research Laboratories with accounting, technical information and human resource services.
- Monitoring and coordinating licensing of
