We call your attention to the following items which, when shown on your orders, will expedite entry, production and shipment.

Unit of Quantity:	Specify whether ordered quantity is number of sheets, pounds or net tons.
Steel:	Carbon-Maximum .15; Manganese-Maximum .60
Customer Application:	Specify the name of the part; whether locker back, cabinet door, pail body, etc. General terms, such as "Cabinets" or "Pails", do not enable us to establish suitable mill processing and quality control. (Samples of intricate parts are desirable.)
Coils:	Inside diameter (16 in.-Standard, 20-1/2 in. or other-inquire). Maximum coil weight. Maximum outside diameter. Welds (number acceptable) or no welds (no welds subject to price extra.)
Method of Packaging:
Cut Sizes:	Specify weight per unit. Crosswise or lengthwise skids? Paper or metal wrapped, or bare? Shroud or no shroud?
Coils:	Eye vertical-on skid or skeleton platform? Eye horizontal-on skid or skeleton platform? Paper or metal wrapped, or bare? Shroud or no shroud?
Method of Transportation:	Rail, truck or boat. if rail-name of delivering carrier, any restrictions such as maximum car length, etc. If truck-any specific equipment necessary, method of unloading (fork-lift tractor, overhead crane with "C" hook, sheet lifters, etc.) whether side or rear unloading, etc.; also receiving days, unloading hours.

     a. 5C Unmelted (Matte).
     b. 5C Melted (Bright).
     c. 7B Melted (Bright).

Surface Treatment:
a. CDC (Cathodic Sodium Dichromate).
b. SDCD (Sodium Dichromate Dip).

Oiling:
a. ATBC (Acetyl Tributyl Citrate).

Steel:
a. Carbon-Maximum .15; Manganese-Maximum .60.
Note: Only Aluminum Killed Continuous Cast Steel Are Available.

Qualities:
     a. Commercial Quality (CQ).
     b. Drawing Quality (DQ).
     c. Drawing Quality Special Killed (DQSK).
     d. Structural (Physical) Quality (SQ). Continuous Annealed only.

Limitations

Tin Coating Weights

No. 05, No. 10, No. 15, No. 20, No. 25, No. 50, No. 75, No. 100.

Note: Other than above-Inquire.

Electrolytic Tin Coated Sheet is normally furnished with an unmelted (matte) finish. Material can be furnished with a melted (bright) finish up to .0249" thickness. A melted finish on material .0250" and thicker is subject to inquiry.
