Service is provided through three disciplines:
- Specification Metallurgy - inquiries, metallurgical information
- Technical Service - visits, fabrication guidance, problem-solving
- Product Applications - new steels, in-depth analysis, seminars
The metallurgical and technical teams at Burns Harbor, Ind.,
and Coatesville and Conshohocken, Pa., are available for consultation.
ISG Research Laboratories is also a valuable resource for more detailed evaluations.
